Is there a risk that my customers will buy online rather than buy in store?
The risk is that if your customers choose to buy online and you do not have an eCommerce website then your customers will have to shop elsewhere. If they choose to do their online shopping at another store then how long will it be before they move all of their custom permanently to the competition?
The fact is that your customers are already shopping online. By having a good quality eCommerce website then at least your customers can choose to shop with you rather than with the competition.
